We cannot assign this data to a specific person. This data is not used in conjunction with any other data and is deleted after analysis. We also record the IP addresses of requesting computers. Additional personal data is only recorded if provided voluntarily as part of registration or other requests.

2. Use and transmission of personal data

We use your personal data to answer your questions, for your contracts with us and for technical administration. We endeavour to save all personal data in a way that is not accessible to third parties. As with all e-mail communication, full data security can not be guaranteed and we recommend postal communication for classified information. 3. Right to information You have the right to request information about all data which may have been saved by us about you, as well as its history and usage at any time. You can request this information via email or fax. You additionally have the right to rectify, block and delete all personal data according to §§ 34, 35 of the German Federal Data Protection Act.
